DIRECTIONS TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE

(Richard B. Delp Townhouses)

From Douglassville, Birdsboro Area:

-                     Take Rt. 422 west to Reifton  (Perkiomen Avenue)  -do not take by pass

-                     Continue on Perkiomen Avenue until you come to the McDonald’s on left

-                     Make a hard right onto Rt. 562 E – (St. Lawrence Avenue) –past Antietam Shopping Ctr. on the right

-                     Make a left at the second traffic light (at car wash) onto Bingaman Street

-                     Continue on Bingaman Street for about ½ mile. This blends into Butter Lane

-                     Continue on Butter Lane for about 1 mile.

-                     On your left, Look for the red sign for the Richard B. Delp Townhouses

-                     The Administrative Office is located in the center of the development

From Hamburg, Sinking Spring, West Reading Area:

-                     Take Rt. 422 east by–pass to Mt. Penn exit on right

-                     Coming off the ramps, make a left onto Neversink Road

-                     Continue on Neversink Road to third traffic light.

-                     Make a left onto Perkiomen Avenue

-                     Follow above directions.

From the City of Reading: - From Penn Street

-                     Get on to Perkiomen Avenue

-                     Continue on Perkiomen Avenue through Mt. Penn

-                     At the McDonalds located on Perkiomen Avenue bear left down Rt. 562 E – (St. Lawrence Avenue – past Antietam Shopping Ctr. on right.)

-                     Make a left at the second traffic light (at Wachovia Bank)onto Bingaman Street

-                     Continue on Bingaman Street for about ½ mile. This blends into Butter Lane

-                     Continue on Butter Lane for about 1 mile.

-                     On your left - Look for the red sign for the Richard B. Delp Townhouses

-                     The Administrative Office is located in the center of the development                      

From Oley, Fleetwood Area:

-                     Take Friedensburg Road to Exeter Road

-                     Turn left onto Exeter Road to Butter Lane

-                     Turn left onto Butter Lane

-                     On your left - Look for the red sign for the Richard B. Delp Townhouses

-                     The Administrative Office is located in the center of the development
