The Berks County Housing Authority’s Board of Commissioners consists of the following members:

Lisa Glancy, Tenant Commissioner/Vice Chair
Board meetings are open to the public and held in the board room of our administrative office, at Richard B. Delp Townhouses, 1803 Butter Lane, Reading, PA 19606. Beginning with the April 22, 2020 meeting, you may also attend the meeting via Teams. Please see posted agenda below for applicable Teams link included in the agenda.

Public Comment Statement:
The Board will invite public comment on matters of concern, official action or deliberation which are or may be before the Board during Public Comment. Please be advised that public comment is reserved for residents and taxpayers of Berks County, and that public comment is limited to three minutes per speaker. Also, please be aware that public comment is a time for just that – commenting. It is not a time for back-and-forth dialogue with the Board. The Board is not required to provide immediate feedback or answers to questions asked and may take time to review and research questions and requests made by the public and follow up as may be appropriate.
